This AML & KYC Policy governs Ffbet's compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. It applies to all customers, officers, employees, and contractors and covers all activities conducted on or through Ffbet platforms, including onboarding, account management, and financial transactions.
Ffbet complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act and related regulations. The objectives are to detect and deter money laundering and the financing of terrorism, support enforcement efforts, and maintain the integrity of the financial system.
Ffbet applies a risk-based CDD framework. On onboarding, we perform initial due diligence proportionate to the assessed risk level, and we conduct ongoing monitoring to identify changes in risk, behavior, or transactional patterns. The depth and breadth of due diligence escalate with higher risk exposure.
For deposits, customers must demonstrate a legitimate source of funds and, where appropriate, source of wealth. Acceptable documentation includes bank statements showing origin of funds, salary or pension documentation, business registration records, or other evidence satisfactory to Ffbet. Additional verification may be required for elevated risk or unusual activity.
Ffbet continually monitors transactions and account activity for indicators of illicit activity. We apply risk-based reviews, considering geographic risk, transaction size and frequency, counterparties, and unusual patterns. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Customers presenting elevated risk, including PEPs or activity involving high-risk jurisdictions, are subject to enhanced due diligence. EDD includes deeper source of funds verification, additional identity checks, enhanced monitoring, and periodic reassessment of risk.
Ffbet screens customers and counterparties against applicable sanctions lists and watchlists to ensure compliance and to identify prohibited associations. Screening occurs at onboarding and continues on a risk-based basis as required by regulation.
Customers must promptly disclose information requested by Ffbet to satisfy AML/CTF obligations. Ffbet will report suspicious activities to the competent authorities in accordance with law and will cooperate fully with investigations as permitted by law.
Ffbet retains AML/KYC records for as long as required by law and regulatory obligations, including post-account closure where necessary. Access to such data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected in accordance with Ffbet's privacy and data protection standards.
Customers must provide accurate information, promptly update details if changes occur, and refrain from depositing funds or engaging in activities intended to circumvent verification or monitoring processes.
Ffbet maintains an AML/KYC program overseen by a designated compliance officer. Staff receive regular training on applicable laws, internal policies, and reporting procedures. The program is subject to internal audits and regulatory reviews.
This policy takes effect upon publication and may be updated to reflect changes in law or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable rules and through the Ffbet platform.
For questions or to provide information regarding AML/KYC requirements, contact Ffbet's Compliance Office via the in-platform support or designated compliance channels.
