User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of the Ffbet platform and related services (the “Services”). By registering a user account, depositing funds, or engaging with any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users wherever permitted by applicable law, subject to any local legal requirements that may apply to you.

2. Compliance and Scope

The Services may include both real money and non money play where permitted by law. Availability and eligibility are subject to licensing, geographic restrictions, and verification checks. Ffbet does not warrant the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling is lawful where you reside and for meeting any age requirements. Access from jurisdictions where gambling is illegal or restricted is prohibited. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of law, regulation, or these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Access

Participation by residents of restricted territories is prohibited and may result in account termination and loss of funds.

3. 3.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate relatives of Ffbet are prohibited from participating in the Services. Any attempt to circumvent geolocation or other access controls may lead to account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Accounts and Registration

Registration must be completed by the applicant. You must provide accurate, up to date information and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Only one active account per person is allowed unless expressly approved. Ffbet may reject or suspend registrations for non compliance or suspected misuse. You may close your account at any time; upon closure, any remaining balance will be settled in accordance with these Terms.

5. Deposits and Funds

1. 5.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Services. The minimum deposit per transaction is USD 20. The maximum per transaction, per day, and per reporting period may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
2. 5.2 Deposits must be made from an account or wallet in the name of the account holder. Third party deposits are not accepted. If a third party payment is detected, winnings may be confiscated and the deposit reversed.
3. 5.3 Currency conversion and fees are the responsibility of the user when depositing in a currency different from the account’s base currency. For cryptocurrency deposits, minimum amounts and verification requirements apply as shown in the deposit interface.
4. 5.4 Funds deposited are for wagering on the Services and may be withdrawn only after being used in accordance with these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements published with a promotion.

6. Withdrawals

1. 6.1 Withdrawals are initiated via the withdrawal methods available in the Services. Methods, processing times, and limits vary by payment type and jurisdiction; consult the withdrawal page for details.
2. 6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 30. The maximum withdrawal per transaction, per day, per week, and per month will be displayed and may vary by method. A withdrawal may be subject to verification checks to confirm identity and ownership of funds.
3. 6.3 We may withhold or delay payments pending verification of identity, source of funds, and compliance with these Terms. Any suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity may result in cancellation of withdrawals and account restrictions.
4. 6.4 Winnings may be subject to wagering requirements as published with any promotion or as required by anti money laundering controls. Funds derived from wagering may have conditionally restricted withdrawal rights until such requirements are satisfied.
5. 6.5 If a withdrawal is approved, processing and payment times depend on the chosen method and banks or payment processors involved.

7. Game Rules and Session Conduct

1. 7.1 The rules for each game are accessible within the corresponding game interface. Theoretical payout percentages are disclosed where applicable and may vary by game and tier.
2. 7.2 Sessions commence when a game begins and continue until a result is achieved or the session is terminated due to disconnection or user action. In multiplayer games, disconnections may pause play and require reconnection in accordance with the game’s disconnect policy. If disconnection is unresolved within the defined grace period, the opposing player may be deemed the winner and balances may be adjusted in accordance with the game rules.
3. 7.3 If a technical issue cancels a real game, both parties will be refunded their valid entry amounts consistent with the game’s rules and platform policies. We reserve the right to make final determinations on game termination or other related issues at our sole discretion.

8. Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Fees

1. 8.1 An account is dormant if there has been no login activity for 180 consecutive calendar days. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to dormancy, detailing consequences and potential fees.
2. 8.2 Inactivity charges may apply to dormant accounts. Where applicable, a monthly Dormant Account Fee of USD 10 may be debited at the start of each month following dormancy until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.
3. 8.3 If an account is closed for dormancy, we will attempt to refund any remaining balance to the registered payment method or to the user by other reasonable means. If the refund cannot be completed, we may leave the account open and continue dormant fees or close the account and confiscate any remaining balance after a defined period, subject to AML requirements.

9. Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering

Promotions and bonuses are subject to their own terms and conditions. Each bonus may carry wagering requirements, time limits, and geographic or product restrictions. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time in our sole discretion. Balances resulting from bonuses may be non withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements are satisfied, and funds derived from wagering may be reversed if terms are not met.

10. Fees, Taxes, and AML

You are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that Ffbet may withhold or report funds to comply with legal obligations and anti money laundering controls. You agree to cooperate with all AML and KYC procedures, including providing documentation to verify identity, source of funds, and residence. Non compliance may lead to account restrictions, forfeiture of balances, or legal actions as permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such processing, storage, and transfer where permitted by law. The Privacy Policy governs how data is collected, used, stored, and shared, including security measures and breach notifications. You should review the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

12. Modifications to Terms

Ffbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may provide notice where feasible, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ffbet is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, or by arbitration if required by applicable law or inter company policy. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights afforded to consumers under mandatory local law.
